FinOpsControl provides AI-augmented professional services on a per-engagement basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase or enter into an engagement with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products, Services & Pricing
- Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The charged currency depends on your payment method and billing address.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are locked once you proceed to checkout or sign an engagement scope.
- Product images, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
- We strive for accurate descriptions but do not warrant they are error-free.
4. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order or accepting an engagement scope, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or supply issues.
- We accept payment via Stripe, ACH, or invoice/wire arranged at engagement scope.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
- Sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated automatically based on your address and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (text, images, logos, code, and brand name) is owned by ASI Innovative Solutions LLC or licensed from our partners.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
- Where you receive a digital deliverable, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the agreed-upon use.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASI Innovative Solutions LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, services, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
