Return & Refund Policy

At FinOpsControl, we stand behind every engagement. Service refunds work differently from product refunds — read on for the specific path.
Engagement Refund Window
For a one-time service engagement, you may request a refund within 7 days of kickoff, prorated for any work already delivered. After deliverables are accepted, the engagement is considered complete and not refundable.
Eligible for Refund
- Pre-kickoff cancellation: Full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Materially undelivered scope: Where we have failed to deliver agreed-upon scope items, you receive a prorated refund or a make-good engagement at our discretion.
- Quality defects: Where a deliverable does not meet the documented spec, we will revise the deliverable at no charge or, if we cannot resolve the defect, refund the value of that deliverable.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Engagements where the agreed-upon scope has been delivered and accepted.
- Subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to the documented scope.
- Third-party costs already paid (ad spend, software licenses, contractor fees) on your behalf.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email finopscontrol@asiinnovativesolutions.com with your order number and reason for the request.
- Include photos if the item is defective or damaged (or screenshots if a digital deliverable is at issue).
- We will respond within 48 hours with the next step.
Refund Process
- Once we approve the request, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in.
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days before the refund appears on your statement.
- Storefront partner (Gumroad) processing windows may also apply.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products can typically be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before fulfillment begins. Service engagements can be cancelled per Section "Engagement Refund Window" above. Contact us as soon as possible at finopscontrol@asiinnovativesolutions.com.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods or content, in addition to (and not instead of) our policy above. To exercise this right, notify us in writing.
