At FinOpsControl, we stand behind every engagement. Service refunds work differently from product refunds — read on for the specific path.

Engagement Refund Window

For a one-time service engagement, you may request a refund within 7 days of kickoff, prorated for any work already delivered. After deliverables are accepted, the engagement is considered complete and not refundable.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email finopscontrol@asiinnovativesolutions.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. Include photos if the item is defective or damaged (or screenshots if a digital deliverable is at issue).
  3. We will respond within 48 hours with the next step.

Refund Process

Cancellations

Orders for physical products can typically be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before fulfillment begins. Service engagements can be cancelled per Section "Engagement Refund Window" above. Contact us as soon as possible at finopscontrol@asiinnovativesolutions.com.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods or content, in addition to (and not instead of) our policy above. To exercise this right, notify us in writing.
